得益于众多社区贡献，Rand crate 支持多种平台。

使用 default-features = false 时，rand 和 rand_distr 均支持 no_std 构建。参见通用特性。

getrandom crate 提供了围绕平台特定随机数源的低级 API，是 rand 和 rand_core 以及若干密码学库的重要构建块。它不打算在低级库之外使用。
