美式游戏语音里的英语有两个特点：语速快、句子极短，而且大量是固定说法（call-outs）。队友喊一句 On me 或者 Rotate，你得在半秒内反应——这跟球场上喊话是一样的道理。

第二个特点是骂人不骂人差别很大。游戏里互相打趣（talking trash）很正常，但有几条线不能碰：不骂家人、不涉及种族性别、不针对真实身份。越线会被举报（reported），严重的会被封号（banned）。美国玩家之间常用的抱怨方式是抱怨游戏本身或者自己的运气，而不是骂队友：My aim is garbage today 比 You're trash 安全得多。

第三条是新手身份可以直接说。I'm new, tell me what to do 在美服里通常会被友善对待，队友会开始指挥你；反过来，装懂然后送人头会被骂得很难听。主动交底是最省事的做法。
